Why I Chose Home Assistant?

When I first started caring about Smart Homes, I was living with my Parents, and realistically, I couldn't change much. It was there house, but in my bedroom I started looking into things. Therefore when I first started, I used Google Home. Don't get me wrong, Google Home is very good at what it does, it provides a basic and simple cloud based Smart Home services. But as soon as you want anything more advanced, like MQTT for example, it lacks in features.

When I got my own home, I did some research, and I discovered an Open Source, Powered by a community with lots of helpful people and guides. Home Assistant. This started my love of Home Assistant, my many hours of tinkering and equally the same amount of hours troubleshooting. I love Home Assistant, it has enabled my wildest dreams without any subscription fees, but it has also caused me so many nights frustrated and screaming at my computer as to why is that not working when I changed one parameter. Or why has my MQTT just given up. 

After my 4 Years experience with Home Assistant, I have come across the majority of Issues that people suffer, some very technical and frustrating issues I decided to start offering assistance to people. Whether it is as simple as you have no idea where to start, or it starts to become extremely technical, let us at Logically Smart take away the stress of your Smart Home and make your life even easier.
